Our restaurant has a hornely atmosphere, and serves simple local traditional dishes, using the best seasonal ingredients. In the kitchen you will find Ediliano and Rosaria, whilist in the dining room you will be warmly greeted by Elena and Manu. We love cooking so we change our menus weekly. But regular faourites are the mainstay of the menu, which include veal with tuna fish sauce and "carpaccio". In Autumn, braised veal stewed with Barolo, together with many rabbit based specialities are always available. We believe that our homemade "Tajarin" (fresh noodles), "tagliatelle" and ravioli, once experienced, will never be forgotten! We offer mouth-watering homemade local favourite desserts. Our dining area is divided into two parts, and can seat 40 people. In Summer, we can add a further 30 covers in the courtyard. Why not enjoy either lunch or dinner in this convivial location? The wines in our list are all produced by local wineries, with a special guest slot dediated to Trentine wines and Sicilian "passiti" (raisin wines made from dried grapes).
